Sorry for reply time just got back from visiting family. I find that I start animating sometimes and even when I have alot of interest in the subject I end up just kinda letting it go. For me its all trial and error to see what really makes me motivated to animate.

Same here... but I should really be doing small projects too, to improve or something. And no problem on the reply time, family is family.

Another really good way to get better at animating is to join collabs with other people. I've done one collab and the next one is almost done. Deadlines help me animate and get stuff done.
